Selective Service Registration
If you are a man age 18 through 25 and living in the U.S., then you must register with Selective Service. It’s the law. According to law, a man must register with Selective Service within 30 days of his 18th birthday.

2023 General Election for Cities & School Districts
Important Dates
Deadline for local entities to post Candidate Filing instructions:
Monday December 19th 2022
First Day to apply for Ballot by Mail (see application at bottom of page):
Sunday January 1st 2023
Apply for a place on the 2023 General Election Ballot (local subdivisions):
Wednesday January 18th - Friday February 17th 2023
Last day to ORDER THE ELECTION:
Friday February 17th 2023
Last Day to Register to Vote (to vote in the 2023 May election):
Thursday April 6th 2023
Early Voting Dates:
Monday April 24th - Tuesday May 2nd 2023
Last day to apply for a Ballot by Mail (to receive a B.B.M. for the 2023 May Election):
Tuesday April 25th 2023
Last day for the Elections office to receive a ballot by mail:
Saturday May 6th 2023 by 7p.m. or Monday May 8th 2023 at 5p.m. if envelope is post marked by May 6th 2023- unless overseas or a military ballot.
