4) Community Outreach to educate new voters
Notice is hereby given to the community of Grimes County that a Public Test of Logic and Accuracy will be performed on Wednesday September 25, 2019 at 2:30 pm. at the location listed below. The Logic and Accuracy test provides the Elections Administration team the opportunity to ensure that all voting equipment and procedures are accurate and meet the needs for voting. This will serve as the 1st Public Logic and Accuracy test, for the General Election (November 5th 2019).

Central Counting Station- 1010 Hwy 90s. Anderson TX 77830
Wednesday September 25 2019 at 2:30 pm.
Any individuals with questions regarding this notice, should call the Elections Administration office, during normal business hours.

VOTER REGISTRATION AT THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY (DPS)
If you renewed your drivers license online and you checked the box to Register to Vote you will be given a link to the Secretary of State's website to fill out and print a voter registration application.
You currently cannot register to vote online in Texas.
You must print and mail your application to the Voter Registrar. If you are already registered to vote in this county and you move to a different address within the same county you can make changes online.
If you have moved to a different county you will need to mail your application to the Voter Registrar in your new county.
